Had a tough day at the office? Need to let off steam? What better way than to smash some tennis balls! Evening Warriors is designed for those who want a fast paced, intense class. This 60 minute session will consist of drilling on one court and interactive playing on another with specific strength and conditioning in between. Tennis drills will focus on improving technique whilst play will help you improve your match tactics. The strength and conditioning side will start with strength based movements designed to get your stronger and finish with HIIT (high intensity interval training) to get you as fit as Muzza!
