TennisFIT Kids offers group tennis classes designed for kids all ages who want to improve their on court game whilst getting stronger, faster and fitter. Sessions include technical tennis coaching with on court drills as well as interactive live play. From the fitness side, sessions focus on the basis of movement from how to sprint, to changing direction faster and more efficiently - all in a tennis specific situation. All exercises take place in a fun and encouraging environment that allows everyone to work to their own level.
TennisFIT session are based from 60 - 90 minute program designed to get you technically better, faster, stronger and fitter on court. Each session focusing on a different aspect of the beautiful game. Whether it’s how to get more pop on your serve, or how to move around the court like a tennis God - there will be no element of your tennis game left unturned. We will end the course with re-testing to show your individual improvement and match-plays to add a competitive, social element. We are running classes for beginners/improvers to intermediate/advanced players.
